Our laboratory process begins with a 3-Dimensional image of your foot, cast in foam or plaster. From this stage, the cast impression can follow one of two fates. It is either filled with plaster, or scanned through a state-of-the-art CAD/CAM computerized system. CAD/CAM is the latest design in orthotic fabrication technology.
